Broccoli with Shio-Koji and Lemon

It's a light dish with umami from shio-koji and refreshing aroma from lemon.
You will want to eat tons of broccoli.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Broccoli
1 head
◎Shio-koji
1 tablespoon
◎Olive oil
1 tablespoon
◎Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
◎ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
◎ Honey
1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
as much as you like

Steps

1. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and cook in salted boiling water for a few minutes. (You could also cook them in the microwave)
2. Drain the broccoli and cool.
3. In a bowl, mix the ◎ marked ingredients. Add the broccoli and toss to combine (add sesame seeds if desired).
4. Done
5. For the lemon juice, I used Pokka Lemon 100.
