Ham and Cheese Rolls with Melting Cheese

I baked some ham rolls topped with onion and melting cheese. The cheese is gooey and delicious.

Ingredients: 8 rolls

Bread Dough

Pizza Cheese
to taste
Black pepper
to taste


1. Cut the ham into 1 cm cubes, thinly slice the onion, and combine with the mayonnaise.
2. Make the cheese roll dough. Roll out the dough. Scatter the chopped ham all over the dough and then sprinkle with black pepper.
3. Roll up the dough and tightly seal the seam. Cut into 8 sections.
4. Place Step 4 on a baking try lined with parchment paper. Cover with a plastic bag and let it rise for the second time. Once it doubles in size, the rising is complete.
5. Top with onion and cheese and bake in a preheated 200℃ oven for 12 minutes.
