Cherry Blossom Bento for Hanami Viewing

Cut cherry blossom petals out of fish sausages for a touch of spring.


Cooked rice
as needed
Fish sausage
Cooked thin spaghetti noodles
2 strands
White sesame seeds
as needed
Sakura denbu
as needed


1. Pack the rice into your bento box, and top with sakura denbu.
2. Stamp/cut cherry blossom petal shapes from the fish sausages, and grill the noodles for 1 minute.
3. Arrange the noodles on top of the sakura denbu to look like branches, then add the fish sausage petals.
4. Put a few sesame seeds in the middle of each petal, and it's done.
