Easy Spicy Nanohana

If you have 5 minutes, you can easily make this! How about adding this spring dish to your dinner table?

Ingredients: 1 small dish

half a package
Japanese mustard
as needed
to taste
Ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon


1. Cut the nanohana into long strips and quickly blanch in salted water.
2. Rinse the nanohana and squeeze out the excess water. Mix the seasonings together and add to the nanohana.
3. Transfer to a plate and serve!

Story Behind this Recipe

If you buy one pack of nanohana, it's yields quite a lot, so I always use the remaining amount to make this spicy nanohana-ae.
My mother also loves this dish. It can be made in just 5 minutes!
