For the ★ tarako mayonnaise, simply remove the eggs from the sac with a spoon, and mix them together with mayo and the lemon juice.
For the ☆ miso mayonnaise, just mix all the ingredients together well.

For Step 2, always use white miso. As for the salt, please adjust the amount based on the saltiness of the miso. For the tarako sauce, it's fantastic with potatoes, green beans and light dishes. The miso version is good for stronger-tasting veggies and heated veggies. Umeboshi and tarako mayonnaise also make a great pairing. You can use store bought mayonnaise too.
