White Sauce with Sake Lees & Soy Milk

I made this by simply mixing sake lees and soy milk together. White miso was added for the seasoning.
You can make this even if you are on a macrobiotic diet. This is probably even simpler to make than normal white sauce.

Ingredients: 3-5 servings

Sakekasu (sake lees)
100 g
Soy milk
1 cup + 1 cup
White miso
2 tablespoons


1. Add the sake lees and 1 cup of soy milk into a pan. Heat on low while letting the sake lees dissolve.
2. Once melted, add the rest of the soy milk and white miso. Stir until there are no lumps left.
