Simple Breading Tender Chicken Breast Cutlets

Though it's breast meat, these chicken cutlets don't dry out. You'll be surprised by the simplicity of the breading and the moistness of the breast meat.

Ingredients

Chicken breasts

Seasoning
Water
50 ml
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Coating
White flour
1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
Panko
as needed
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Frying oil
as needed

Steps

1. Optionally remove the chicken skin, then cut it into whatever sized pieces you want. This time, I cut the chicken into smallish slices.
2. Rub the salt water into the chicken and let it sit for about an hour.
3. Lightly salt and pepper the drained chicken, then rub in the mayonnaise and flour.
4. Sprinkle the chicken with panko. It's best to cover them one at a time.
5. Fry the chicken in oil and it's done.
