Simple Cheesy Rice Casserole with Avocado and Kimchi

The texture of the soft egg mellows out the spiciness of the kimchi.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Kimchi
80 g
Plain cooked rice
1 rice bowl's worth (150 g)
Avocado
1/4
Tomato
1/4
Egg
1
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Easy melt processed cheese singles ( or pizza cheese )
1 slice

Steps

1. Cut half of the kimchi into small pieces and mix together with the juice from the kimchi with the rice. Plate on a heat-resistant plate. Create a well in the center.
2. Cut the avocado and tomato into small dice and cut the rest of the kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Mix with mayonnaise and scatter around the well you prepared in Step 1.
3. Break an egg into the well and heat in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the egg is cooked. Then scatter cheese and bake it some more for about 5 more minutes until it turns a faint golden brown.
