Easy melt processed cheese singles ( or pizza cheese )
Cut half of the kimchi into small pieces and mix together with the juice from the kimchi with the rice. Plate on a heat-resistant plate. Create a well in the center.
Cut the avocado and tomato into small dice and cut the rest of the kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Mix with mayonnaise and scatter around the well you prepared in Step 1.
Break an egg into the well and heat in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the egg is cooked. Then scatter cheese and bake it some more for about 5 more minutes until it turns a faint golden brown.

Adjust your baking time depending on the toaster oven you have at home. Add more kimchi if you'd like.
