Low Calorie Okara Cookies

Low Calorie Okara Cookies

It's a hassle for me to make dried okara, so I made these simple fresh okara cookies with which I successfully managed my diet.

Fresh okara
100 g
Cake flour
50 g
2 teaspoons
Skim milk
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Cinnamon sugar
1/2 teaspoon

1. Put everything into a plastic bag and rub it from the outside until moist. Roll out the mixture (still in the bag) to a thickness of 2 mm.
2. Cut the side of the bag and remove the dough. Slice it into 1-2 cm pieces. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Put the cookies in as soon as you start to heat the oven.
3. If you want to add a nice pattern to decorate the surface of the cookies, pierce the surfaces with a fork just like in the top photo.

Story Behind this Recipe

Other users told me that the dough didn't stick very well, so I improved my recipe and made easy okara cookies with a nice texture!!
After much trial and error, I finally succeeded!
