Toddlers love this too! Tandoori Chicken Drumettes

These are actually supposed to be spicy and that's how I like them... But I wanted to make it so my toddler could enjoy them too.

Ingredients: An easy-to-make, manageable amount

Chicken wings
About 10 drumettes
Plain yogurt
5 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Curry powder
1 tablespoon
Grated Ginger (tubed is ok)
1 teaspoon
Grated Garlic (tubed is ok)
1 teaspoon
Marmalade (Honey is ok as a substitute)
1 tablespoon

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a plastic bag and massage it. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours. If you can, let it marinate overnight.
2. Preheat your oven to 415℉ (210℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings on it. Pour the marinade on top too.
3. Once your oven is heated up, bake on the middle or upper shelf of your oven for 30-40 minutes (The cooking power of ovens vary so adjust your time as necessary).
4. I also recommend this sweet and sour recipe as a side dish! "It only takes 3 minutes! Apple and carrot salad" (Recipe ID: 1738620)
5. Here's the recipe prepared with chicken thighs. I served it alongside eggplant curry. We also enjoyed it with cumin rice.

Story Behind this Recipe

I love watching my 2-year-old son chomping on meat. It's so cute. I made this recipe because I wanted to see him happily working his way through these wings...
