Quick Carrot and Apple Salad

The main ingredients you'll need are carrot and apple.
It's a great option for times when you need just another side dish.
You can make this salad in 3 minutes using a slicer to shred the ingredients.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 small
a small amount
Lemon juice (bottled is fine)
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
1 tablespoon


1. Wash and peel the carrot. Shred with a slicer.
2. Wash, peel, and core the apple. Shred with the slicer over the carrot from Step 1.
3. Add the salt, lemon juice and olive oil to the slicer container. Mix well, and you're done.
