Spicy Honey and Curry-Roasted Mackerel

This roast fish is sweet and spicy with honey. The secret to the flavor is the curry.


5 filets
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 packet
Asparagus (boil)
1 small bunch
Cherry tomatoes
5 to 6
Grated cheese
To taste
Seasoning ingredients:
2 tablespoons
Curry powder
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Salt and black pepper
A small amount of each


1. Marinate the mackerel in half the amount of the combined seasoning ingredients for 30 minutes.
2. Mix the other half of the combined flavoring ingredients with the asparagus and shimeji mushrooms.
3. Put the fish and vegetables on a baking sheet lined with cooking paper, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in a 200°C oven for 15 to 20 minutes while checking up on it.
