A simple and delicious coleslaw made with spring cabbage.
This is a standard dish in my house. It's also nice made with vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard. It's easy to make with mayonnaise, sushi vinegar and black pepper.
You don't have to add salt in Step 2 if you are using spring cabbage.Adjust the amount of sugar and mayonnaise to your liking.You can omit the onion, or add carrot or corn.
