American-style Buttermilk Pancakes

I saw buttermilk on TV and became very interested in it.
Since it's difficult to get a hold of, why not make your own substitute?

Ingredients: 7 pancakes

50 g
Lemon juice
3 g
Bread flour
50 g
20 g
Baking powder
4 g
30 g (1/2 egg)
20 g
20 g


1. Add the lemon juice to the milk (don't stir) and microwave at 600 W for 50 seconds. Let cool.
2. Add the sugar to the egg and mix with a whisk.
3. Add the dry ingredients and stir.
4. Add the milk from Step 1 and mix.
5. Lastly, mix in the yogurt.
6. Thoroughly warm up a frying pan!
7. Prepare a damp towel! Place the frying pan on the towel and after it sizzles, wait 3 seconds before pouring in the pancake mix.
8. Cook for about 2 minutes on medium-low heat (until they begin to bubble), flip them over and cook for another 1-2 minutes to finish.
