Richly Flavoured Asparagus and Carrot Salad

This recipe only requires adding the sauce, which is made of ground sesame seeds, ponzu sauce, sugar, and mayonnaise. The sweetness of the vegetables spreads in your mouth.

Ingredients: 2 ~ 3 servings

Asparagus
2 ~ 3
Carrot
1
Onion
1/4
◎Sugar
1 teaspoon
◎Ground sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
◎Ponzu
1 tablespoon
◎Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the carrot and asparagus into bite-size pieces. (2~3 cm length, 5 mm thick strips for the carrot in the picture.)
2. Add the carrot and asparagus into a pot with a small amount of salt, and cook until softened. Cool in cold water.
3. Thinly slice the onion perpendicular to the grain. Soak in water, and drain really well.
4. Mix the vegetables and the ◎ ingredients and serve!
