Simple Cream Simmered with Spinach as the Main Ingredient

This can be made in just one frying pan. A healthy cream simmer with plenty of vegetables.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Chicken thigh
1 thigh
Spinach
1 package
Onion
1
White flour
1.5 tablespoon
Milk
200 ml
Soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove

Steps

1. In a frying pan with a little bit of oil, saute the minced garlic until fragrant. Then add the chicken, having been cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Once the chicken has changed color, add thinly sliced onion and fry. Once the onions have wilted, add flour and fry some more. Then pour in the milk.
3. Add a bit of the soup stock and salt and pepper while tasting to adjust the flavor. Chop and add the spinach, mix everything together, and it's complete.
