Amberjack Teriyaki in a Frying Pan

This is an amberjack teriyaki you can easily make in a frying pan. The sweet and savory sauce is so good.


Amberjack (buri)
★Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
as needed


1. Lightly sprinkle flour over the amberjack using a tea strainer. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the amberjack.
2. When they are browned, flip them over and cook the other side. Add the mixed ★ ingredients, and turn the heat up to high and simmer until you get a glossy finish.
