Boil the egg. Meanwhile, spread some margarine on the bread and top with a slice of ham.
When the egg cooked, peel it and put it into a bowl. Mash with a fork, add the ☆ ingredients, and mix.
Put the egg mixture on top of the ham. Drizzle on some mayonnaise to taste.
Put another slice of ham on top of the eggs. Cut off the crusts and cut the bread into any shape you like. Enjoy.

My husband loves this ham and egg sandwich.
He often brings this to the office.
The egg is cooked for 15 minutes so the yolk is hard-boiled. If you prefer it soft-boiled, please reduce the cooking time. If you cut the crusts off the bread, keep the egg mixture about 1cm away from the edge. It will be easier to cut that way. Use the cut off crusts to make pseudo-French toast.
