Mince the onions and carrots. Cut the chicken into 6 pieces, season with salt and pepper, then use a tea strainer to coat with cake flour.
Add the garlic oil to a thick frying pan, then cook the chicken with the skin side down. Once it's browned, turn it over and cook the other side, then remove.
Add the minced garlic and vegetables to the frying pan from Step 2 and cook. Put the meat back and add white wine.
Add the canned tomatoes, water, and soup stock to Step 3, and simmer for 30 minutes. Flavor with sugar, black pepper, and herb salt.

Adding mushrooms or king oyster mushrooms is also delicious. Step 3: Please use minced garlic (I use garlic oil). You can also make this with just onions and no carrots. I changed the amount of water. Please adjust as you see fit.
