Honey Grapefruit

This light dessert is great after a rich meal. Even people who don't like grapefruit on its own will be able to enjoy this.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Honey (or granulated sugar)
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon


1. Peel the grapefruits and remove the flesh. Squeeze the juice out of the remaining membrane and add to the bowl.
2. Mix in the honey and Cointreau, and chill well in the fridge.
3. In the top photo, I used pink grapefruit.
