3-Minute Microwave Shio-Koji Bagna Càuda

This recipe is very simple--just microwave for 3 minutes. I use shio-koji in place of anchovies. This is also delicious when eaten with bread and it works nicely as a snack with alcoholic beverages.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

Olive oil
6 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
Heavy cream (or milk)
3 tablespoons
Grated garlic
2 teaspoons
Your choice of vegetables
as needed
Your choice of bread, such as focaccia
as needed


1. Place all of the ingredients into a glass or ceramic container and mix well.
2. Place in the microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes (600W) until hot. Remove, mix, and it's complete.
