Hamaguri Clam Clear Broth

The natural flavor released from the clams is so delicious.

Ingredients: 3 bowls' worth

Hamaguri clams
600 ml
☆ Mentsuyu
2 tablespoons
☆ Salt
a dash (x 3)
Bonito dashi stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
to taste
Small green onion
to taste


1. Desand the clams.
2. Boil the water and add the dashi. Add the clams. Once the shells have opened up, add the ☆ ingredients.
3. Garnish with mitsuba or thin green onion and it's done!
