Japanese leeks (white part) finely chopped

Sesame oil

1. Finely chop the Japanese leek, ginger, and garlic.
2. Put the sesame seed oil in a frying pan and saute the chopped ginger and garlic. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until it browns.
3. Add the ★ seasoning ingredients and stir-fry well. Add sugar to taste. Finally, add the chopped Japanese leek and quickly stir-fry.
