This is my standard chicken thigh teriyaki that i put in my lunchbox. This time I added flavour with homemade gochujang and eel sauce. These sauces give the meat a spicy kick and which goes well with my other bento ingredients.

Once cooked, add the ingredients marked with ★ and glaze the meat over high heat. Add the finished teriyaki to your lunchbox and sprinkle over some sesame seeds.

This is a recipe that I thought of when making my bento one day.
*My homemade gochujang contains less chili peppers so isn't as spicy as some store-bought ones. If you're using a store-bought one then please either adjust the amount of gochujang or add more cooking sake. Or, you can use store-bought yakitori sauce.
