Easy! Delicious! Plump Shrimp Spring Rolls

Shrimp and hanpen fish cake are the only fillings used!!
It's so easy to make, but so plump and delicious.
Little kids love these shrimp spring rolls.

Ingredients: Makes 10 spring rolls

Spring roll wrappers
Shelled shrimp with heads removed
300 g
☆ Salt and pepper
a small amount
☆ Sake
1 tablespoon
☆ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
for frying


1. Defrost the frozen shrimp.
2. Cut half of the shrimp into fairly large pieces. Finely mince the other half.
3. To a bowl, add the shrimp from Step 2 and the hanpen, breaking it up with your hands as you add it.
4. Add the ☆ ingredients and mix well.
5. Fill the spring roll wrappers with the shrimp mixture and wrap them up. Put some water on the edge of the wrappers and close them tightly.
6. Shallow-fry the spring rolls in a generous amount of oil until golden brown.
