Soy Sauce Ramen Soup (Rearranged Simmered Pork Belly Cubes)

I reused the soup stock left over from simmered pork belly cubes. It's delicious. You don't need to buy ramen soup any more.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Soup stock from pork belly cubes (Recipe ID: 1606942)
1000 ml
Chinese whole chicken stock powder
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
Salt
1/2-1 teaspoon
Grated garlic
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Boiling water
optional

Steps

1. Cool down the soup stock. Skim off the white fat that's floated to the top. (If you prefer richer flavours, you can try leaving it in.)
2. Add all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, and it's done. (Skim off the scum.)
3. [To finish] Add boiling water to adjust the taste to your liking.
