Quick Sautéed Mushrooms and Prawns with Cheese

This is so easy and quick to make! The cheese melts over mushrooms and prawns . How about having this with drinks?

Ingredients: 2 servings

Fresh mushrooms (I used brown ones this time)
4 to 5
Boiled prawns
5 to 6
Processed cheese
about 20g
1 tablespoon
Finely-chopped spring onions
as much as you like
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1.5 to 2 teaspoons


1. Cut the mushrooms into 1/4 wedges, and the cheese into small cubes.
2. Put the flour into a plastic bag and then the prawns, cheese and mushrooms Shake well to coat with the flour, then transfer to a frying pan.
3. Stir-fry in heated olive oil. When it’s cooked and the cheese melts all over, turn the heat off. Drizzle with soy sauce.
4. Serve with sprinkles of chopped spring onions on top if you like.

Story Behind this Recipe

I decided to use mushrooms and prawns from the fridge.
I simply stir-fried them together and it turned into this great side dish.
