Easy Cake with Biscuits in 5 Minutes

You only need 2 ingredients! The procedure is easy. All you need to do is to spread and stack it up.
By using yogurt, you don't need whipped cream.
It's an easy cake that can be made in no time.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Biscuits (I used "Marie biscuits")
4 bags (12 biscuits)
Individual-sized yogurt
1 cup


1. Spread the yogurt on the back side (the rough side) of "Marie biscuits." Stack them back-side to back-side for the very first layer.
2. Continue to spread and stack, spread and stack, spread and stack... and repeat.
3. Wrap with plastic wrap and shape the stacked-up biscuits. Chill it in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.
4. Once the biscuits get moist with the yogurt, they are ready to eat.

Story Behind this Recipe

I noticed that both Marie biscuits and yogurt were cheap at a store, so I put them together to make a cake.
I've seen a recipe with whipped cream. Since I don't like whipped cream, I used some yogurt.
