Foolproof Garlic Bread

You can make tasty garlic bread any time with a 2:1 ratio of butter to olive oil.
It only takes 10-12 minutes to bake at 160°C.

Ingredients: 4 servings

French baguette
1/2 a stick
O Butter
30 g
O Olive oil
15 g
O Garlic
2-3 pieces
O Salt and pepper
as needed
O Dried Italian parsley (optional)
as needed


1. Set the oven to 160°C. Slice the baguette.
2. Grate the garlic. Put all the ingredients marked O in a bowl and mix.
3. Spread the garlic mix on the bread slices, and bake at 160°C for 10-12 minutes. The temperature and time are key!
4. Here it is: tasty and crispy garlic toast!
