Black Pepper Pasta Dough

The slight tingle from the black pepper adds a great touch to this pasta.


Bread (strong) flour
450 g
Semolina flour
50 g
Medium eggs
210 g
Olive oil
5 g
2 g
20 g


1. Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor.
2. Transfer to a bowl, then bring it together into a ball.
3. Transfer to a table and knead it until smooth.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for half a day, then shape into your favorite pasta shapes.
