English Muffin and Avocado Egg Sandwich

I mixed the ingredients with chopped egg for an easy-to-make, easy-to-eat sandwich. A creamy, delicious, and simple muffin sandwich!

Ingredients

English muffins
2
Eggs
2
Avocado
1/2
Cabbage
1/2 of one leaf
Mayonnaise
2 to 3 teaspoons
White roasted sesame seeds
2~3 teaspoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Margarine
as needed

Steps

1. Cut the avocado and cabbage into 8 mm cubes.
2. Boil the egg and mash while still hot. Combine with the mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
3. Mix together the mixtures from steps 1 and 2 and the sesame seeds.
4. Spread margarine on the English muffins and make sandwiches using the avocado egg mixture.
5. The rich taste of the avocado and the aroma of the sesame seeds make this so yummy!
