Piping Hot! Baked Kabocha Squash with Cheese

This is a great, easy dish for busy mornings. The melted cheese and is so good.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Kabocha squash
Easy melting type cheese
2 ~ 3 slices
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Slice the kabocha squash into 1 cm slices and heat in the microwave.
2. Grease a baking dish with margarine and arrange the kabocha in the dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
3. Top with white (bechamel) sauce to make it even more delicious.
