A three-coloured namul made with spinach, carrot and bean sprouts. It's lightly seasoned, so you can eat as much as you like.
This is a standard dish in our house. It's nice without grated garlic.
If you rinse the bean sprouts in water, they will be watery, so just drain in a sieve after boiling. You can make this dish quickly if you use a fan to cool them.
