Chicken Soboro

Chicken soboro which you can freeze and keep for when you need it. It's tasty on rice so makes a perfect addition to a rice bowl.

Ingredients

Minced chicken
200 g
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sake
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons
Mirin
1/2 tablespoon
Juice from grated ginger
1 clove worth

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients in a pan and cook on a medium heat. Mix well with 4 or 5 chopsticks. Simmer until the water has evaporated and the mixture is crumbly.
