Easy ☆ Ginger-Boiled Scallops

These are delicious and won't harden even though it's only simmered for a short time. It's delicious even when cold, so it's great to pack in bentos! ☆


Large boiled scallops
200 g
1/2 piece
3 tablespoons
★Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon


1. Place the scallops on a sieve and pour hot water over the top. Julienne the ginger.
2. Put the ★ ingredients in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the scallops and ginger and simmer on medium-low heat for 8~10 minutes.
3. Take out the scallops and simmer the liquid for a little longer. Return the scallops to the pot and reduce the sauce.
