Use a round cutter to make eyes from the sliced cheese.
Use the uncooked spaghetti to fix them in place (hide the spaghetti under the seaweed parts).
Use a hole-puncher to punch holes in the seaweed and place them on the cheese and they're complete.

Story Behind this Recipe
I came up with these at the same time as my Totoro Charaben ("character bento").
It's best to secure the parts after putting the meatballs in the bento box. Use the spaghetti to fix them into place to prevent them from sliding. By the time they're ready to be eaten, the spaghetti will have softened and can be eaten together with the meatballs.
