This is a popular ginger fried pork that you can make whenever you fancy. It cuts out the marinating process altogether, but doesn't skimp on any of the big flavor that's characteristic of ginger fried pork.
This was created in response to my daughter's request to have Ginger Fried Pork at short notice.
If grating the ginger is too much trouble, you can replace it with the store-bought grated ginger that comes in tubes. Julienne lots of cabbage and eat up plenty of veggies!
