Macrobiotic Strawberry & Tofu Brulée

All you have to do is mix strawberries, tofu, sugar, and kudzu flour (katakuriko) together! This is a very healthy macrobiotic sweet.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Kudzu flour (or katakuriko)
2 tablespoons


1. Cut off the stems of the strawberries and rinse. Lightly drain the tofu.
2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse.
3. Pour them into ramekins and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180℃.
4. They're done!
