Microwaved Hot Banana (Great for Colds)

This is a creamy and sweet banana treat.
It'll warm your body right up!
It's a great boost to your immune system when you have a cold.


Cinnamon or cocoa powder
a small amount


1. Wash the banana well and wrap in plastic without peeling. Heat in the microwave for 1 1/5-2 minutes (depending on the size).
2. Heat until the peel blackens a bit and some of the banana comes out.
3. It should look like this when unwrapped.
4. Peel and smell that sweet aroma! Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon to taste.

Story Behind this Recipe

When I was a kid, we would make hot bananas by wrapping in foil and baking in the oven. It's even easier in the microwave!
