Wash the banana well and wrap in plastic without peeling. Heat in the microwave for 1 1/5-2 minutes (depending on the size).
Heat until the peel blackens a bit and some of the banana comes out.
It should look like this when unwrapped.
Peel and smell that sweet aroma! Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon to taste.

When I was a kid, we would make hot bananas by wrapping in foil and baking in the oven. It's even easier in the microwave!
When I have a cold, eating hot bananas always makes me feel like I'm already getting better. I looked it up and, apparently, hot bananas improve your immune system! It's even better for you than eating it raw. This is also great for diets.
