Story Behind this Recipe
I combined seasonal strawberries with bread pudding using Chojuku bread that has a tender flavor and a moist texture. There won't be many dirty dishes if you use a silicon steamer, and it's also very easy to make for you to enjoy sweetened buns on the busiest mornings.
It rises when microwaved, but it won't spill if measured correctly. You can make an easy dessert if you change the measurements to 50 ml milk, 50 ml fresh cream, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
