Colourful Stir-fry with Green Vegetables

Try this colourful vegetable dish.
You can also enjoy it as a drinking appetizer.

Ingredients: 2 ~ 3 servings

1 head
Snap peas
175 g
5 ~ 6 slices
Flavoring ingredients:
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Soup stock granules
2/3 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper (I used black pepper)
a small amount


1. Cut up the broccoli into florets and parboil.
2. Remove the strings from the snow peas and parboil until they are still crisp.
3. Cut the bacon into 3~4 cm strips.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the bacon, and stir-fry briefly.
5. Add broccoli and snow peas, and continue stir-frying until cooked through. Season with soup stock powder, salt, and pepper.
6. Transfer to a serving plate and serve!
