Remove the strings from the snow peas and parboil until they are still crisp.
Cut the bacon into 3~4 cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the bacon, and stir-fry briefly.
Add broccoli and snow peas, and continue stir-frying until cooked through. Season with soup stock powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve!

I saw snap peas at the store, and I thought "oh, maybe I can make a dish with them!
You can also use asparagus or green bell peppers. I use this recipe to cook asparagus and bacon because it takes too much time to roll asparagus in bacon. I don't use salt when I parboil the vegetables. It might be good to use more bacon.
