Soybean and Tuna Salad With Carrot Dressing

The carrot dressing is absorbed with a sizzle by the crispy cooked soybeans. This is a healthy soybean salad.

Ingredients: About 3 servings

Soy beans (canned, cooked in water)
1 bag (it contained 155 g of beans)
Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
* Carrot (grated)
1/2 (100 g)
* Onion (grated)
1 tablespoon
2 1/2 tablespoons
* Honey
2 1/2 tablespoons
* Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon
* Coarsely ground black pepper, salt
To taste
2 tablespoons


1. Drain the soy beans in a colander or sieve.
2. Put the * ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Put the soy beans and katakuriko in a plastic bag. Shake well to coat the beans with it.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil (not listed in ingredients) in a frying pan. Pan fry the soybeans until they are browned and crispy.
5. Add the piping hot soybeans to the combined dressing from Step 2 and mix well. Add the drained canned tuna also.
6. Done.
