Bring a large amount of water to boil in a large pot and then add 1 teaspoon of salt (not listed in ingredients) and your desired pasta. Cook it according to the package instructions, but shorten the cooking time by one minute.
3 minutes before the pasta is done cooking, combine the red chili pepper, 2 tablespoons of the oil from the oysters, and 6-10 of the oysters in a frying pan. Simmer the oil with some wine and cooking water from the pasta till it emulsifies.
Add in the pasta and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Even though this is quick, it's delicious, the flavor is great, and it smells great!
