I suddenly gained some weight after eating poorly for some time. I wanted start eating healthier again and thought up this recipe.
The beta-carotene in carrots becomes easier to absorb when you combine it with oil. Plus, oil makes the carrot really taste great! It gets rid of the raw-carrot taste. The hotness of ginger is accentuated when heated up. Its warming effects are supposed to last even when cooled.
