Tender Fried Chicken Breast with Mayonnaise and Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken breasts
2 pieces
☆ Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
☆ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
☆ Cooking sake
1 tablespoon
Panko

Oil for frying

Steps

1. Remove the skin from the chicken breasts. Slice the chicken into a thickness of about 1 cm.
2. Place the ingredients marked with a ☆ into a ziploc bag.
3. Then add the chicken breasts.
4. Close the zipper and mix well. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the panko.
6. Coat both sides of the chicken well with panko.
7. Fry with a small amount of oil in the frying pan.
