Pancake Mix Black Tea Scones

Aromatic black tea. Made simply with pancake mix.


Pancake mix
200 g
50 g
50 ml
Black tea leaves
10 g (about 5 tea bags)


1. Put the pancake mix and black tea leaves in a bowl and mix together.
2. Add softened butter and mix with a cutting motion.
3. Add milk and mix. Use your hands at the end to gather the dough into a lump.
4. Spread it out to 2-3 cm thick on a baking sheet-covered baking pan.
5. Use a knife to cut into 8 wedges.
6. Bake in the oven at 170℃ for 25 minutes. (The baking time will vary by oven, so adjust accordingly.)
7. And it's done.
