Cured Ham Salad Sushi Rolls [Ehoumaki for Setsubun]

Healthy and luxurious salad rolls to be served with lemon juice The key is to wrap the nori in two layers!
Serve with grainy mustard if you wish.

Ingredients: 1 roll

Sushi rice
1 bowlful
Nori seaweed
1 1/2 sheet
Sliced cheese
2 slices
Cured ham
4 slices
Scrambled eggs
1 egg's worth
Lemon juice (or a quarter of a lemon), grainy mustard
to taste


1. Place whole sheet of nori on makisu and cover thinly with sushi rice. Leave about 1 cm uncovered on your near-side, and 2 cm on your far-side. A rubber spatula comes in handy.
2. Top with halved nori and sliced cheese.
3. Top with cured ham.
4. Top with scrambled eggs, avocado sliced in strips, and wrap up.
5. Serve with lemon juice and grainy mustard.
