This is a simple recipe that isn't too sweet and doesn't require eggs or sugar. The pancakes have a nice banana flavor that goes well with oatmeal.They're also good for diets, since they're full of fiber!

Keep an eye on the batter as you combine milk in Step 3 and adjust the amount accordingly. If the batter seems too thick, add more milk. I recommend having this for breakfast or for dessert.
