Cut the cabbage into very thin strips. Mix cake flour, eggs, dashi stock granules, and water. Add cabbage, and mix briefly. Then just fry in a frying pan!!
Spread okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise on top of Step 1, and serve.

Cabbage contains plenty of vitamins and fibre, so we all want to eat lots of it! 1/4 of a cabbage is a lot, but when you cook it in okonomiyaki, even kids will eat it right up ! This is a perfect inexpensive lunch before pay day!
