Healthy and Easy Okonomiyaki with Cabbage!!

You can can easily eat 1/4 of a head of cabbage with this dish !! Since it's so easy, this is perfect to make for lunch on your day off!! The cabbage is so sweet, and it's just delicious.

Ingredients: 3 okonomiyaki

1/4 (400 g)
Cake flour
200 g
Dashi stock granules
1 packet
250 ml
☆ Okonomiyaki sauce
as needed
☆ Mayonnaise
as needed


1. Cut the cabbage into very thin strips. Mix cake flour, eggs, dashi stock granules, and water. Add cabbage, and mix briefly. Then just fry in a frying pan!!
2. Spread okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise on top of Step 1, and serve.
