Golden Ratio Sushi Vinegar, My Family’s Sushi Rice

This is a good combination with a vinegar and nori seaweed aroma.
Making onigiri with sushi vinegar rice is easier to make than sushi!

Ingredients: 1 rice cooker cup of raw rice (180 ml)

Vinegar
3 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Salt
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients and stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
2. Pour cooked rice and mix with cutting motion.
3. We often make onigiri (rice ball) with this. And add umeboshi (pickled plum), takuan (pickled Japanese radish), okaka (bonito flakes moistened with soy sauce) or mix tuna and mayonnaise in the middle.
